Our Team

Stuart House is an independent residential care home run by a board of two directors.
 
Operationally, the service is managed by Mrs. Pearl Agard-Smith, who has extensive knowledge and experience of working in residential care homes catering for a diverse range of needs in residents. These include mental health, learning/ profound learning disabilities and physical disabilities, and care of the elderly.

As well as being a Qualified General and Psychiatric nurse, Mrs. Agard-Smith holds a certificate of qualification in social work and has many years experience of working at management level, both in local authority, and privately.

Pearl has a clear vision of how to further develop the already high quality of service that Stuart House prides itself on delivering to the residents in its care.

Working alongside Pearl is a Deputy Manager and:

 A 24hr Care Support Team
 An Administrative Support Team.
 Domestic Assistants.
 2 fully qualified Chefs.
